Adam is CEO and Head of Safeguarding within the company. Adam is a Qualified Social Worker of 15 years and Neurodiversity Coach. Adam has a strong and knowledgeable background within Neurodiversity and Learning Disabilities which is epitomised in all of his work within the company. He is a strong believer in ensuring the right training is in place to give professionals and businesses a fundamental platform to understand Neurodiversity further and how best to communicate with and support any employees. Both Neurodiversity and Learning Disability is a huge passion of Adam’s and this comes across in any training sessions, workshops and coaching sessions. Adam is always on hand to provide continued support to businesses and to be creative and supportive in ensuring any working environment is as supportive, safe and person-centred for those who are Neurodiverse.
Carl is Managing Director and Head of Training at the company. He is very knowledgeable on all things around Neurodiversity, and this is promoted throughout any training sessions where he is always on hand to answer any questions around the barriers and challenges within a work setting particularly around any communication and unmet needs. From having an Autism and ADHD diagnosis, Carl has first hand experience of being in work settings where there have been challenges and so can work through training and going into businesses to provide honest and truthful support to implement any reasonable adjustments. Carl cares greatly in ensuring all those who require support in this area are given a voice. Carl is a Head of Training and accountable for ensuring all training is engaging, thoughtful, person-centred and most of all….Fun!
