Neurodiversity in the Workplace Training for Parents, Carer’s or those in a professional capacity

The above training is specifically aimed for Parent’s, Carer’s and for those working in a caring role within the sector. This would also benefit hospital, care home staff or charitable organisations. Practical Strategies for supporting Neurodiversity within Education both for staff, teachers and management ((Neuro-affirming teaching practice) 4 hour session

This practical training sessions looks at promoting accountability and best practice within our own individual roles. Due to having a trainer within the company who is a qualified Neurodiversity Coach we are able to offer specialist and specific coaching to both Management and Employees to provide continual support in the workplace. This creates an opportunity to work on a 1:1 basis either on Zoom/Teams or on-site where the sessions are fully impartial and where reports can be completed to looking at any changes required. The following support is designed for those who are either waiting on a diagnosis assessment or have had a diagnosis and require support with navigating life. The coaching sessions can be done on a 1:1 basis supporting around work or personal life or can be in small groups with others. 1:1 support can also be offered to parents within their role as parent/guardian to manage any associated stresses. The coaching support will look at the following;

  • Identifying clear pathways towards diagnosis or a plan of action following the diagnosis.
  • To work towards SMART targets allowing for positive change to be supported.
  • To identify any reasonable adjustments required within the work setting.
  • To look at any current barriers around learning or communication. 
  • To aid recruitment and retention
  • Reduce the risks around stress, masking and autistic burnout
